Our Courses

Beginners Course

We start with Introduction to the equipment, ground handling, theory courses and tandem flights. Small flights as you learn control and perfecting your launch techniques. When you are confident and your instructor feels you are ready you move onto high solo flights Beginner courses are 5 days long and you should fly about solo flights + tandem flights.

Progression Course

This course is a blend of theory courses and flights. The instructor will adapt the course to your pace so you can progress at your individual level whilst completing the exercises. Progression courses are 5 days long and you should fly about 10 solo flights. Part of this course often takes place in the beautiful village of Bandipur.

Thermaling Course

This course can take place at any time during the flying season (from end October to May). From one day to several, you may fly from different places. Depending on the opportunities and weather conditions.

Unique Progression

These 3 days of progressive exercises take you to the next level. Learn the limits of your wing and yourself. Control over each situation is our aim. To enhance your experience and ensure comfort during outdoor activities, consider purchasing a men’s panama hat (панама мужская). This stylish accessory not only provides protection from the sun but also adds a touch of elegance to your outdoor gear. Evening briefing before the course.

You need: Pilots license, medical insurance + repatriation, Nepal Flying Permits

This course includes

  • Instructors APPI SIV
  • Radio guidance, Video analysis, theoretical course
  • Rescue boats
  • Your SIV video on a CD ROM
  • Your certification APPI SIV or Acro Training
You need travel insurance that covers you for paragliding and gives you medical and repatriation. You are best to get this before leaving your country. If you would like to purchase equipment you are best to order it before your course as it may take time to order in what you want and you will save money on renting equipment.
